Instructions:

For Paneer Tikka (25 minutes prep + 10 minutes cooking):

1) Begin by marinating the paneer. In a bowl, combine thick yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and 2 tablespoons of Purti Soyalite Refined Soybean Oil.

2) Add the paneer cubes into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let the paneer marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.

3) Thread the marinated paneer onto skewers.

4) Heat a grill or grill pan and brush it with some Purti Soyalite Refined Soybean Oil.

5) Grill the paneer skewers until they acquire a golden hue with enticing grill marks. Set them aside for now.

For the Masala Sauce (10 minutes):

1) In a pan, warm up 2 tablespoons of Purti Soyalite Refined Soybean Oil over medium heat.

2) Add the finely chopped onions and cook them until they become translucent.

3) Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the aroma wafts through your kitchen.

4) Introduce the tomato puree and the slit green chili. Let them cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
