Ingredients:

– 200 g Hakka noodles

– 1 medium onion, sliced

– Black pepper powder to taste

Method – How to Make Mushroom Hakka Noodles:

Step 1: Boil the noodles

Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with a few drops of Purti Soyalite Refined Soyabean Oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Heat the oil
