What Makes Our Oil Cholesterol-Free – Behind the Blend

The Basics: All Vegetable Oils Are Naturally Cholesterol-Free

 

Yes, it’s true. Oils from plants – like mustard, sunflower, soybean, rice bran, and palm – naturally **do not contain cholesterol** because cholesterol is only found in animal products.

But to be allowed to say “cholesterol-free” on the label, **FSSAI requires two conditions**:

– Less than 2 mg cholesterol per 100 ml

– Less than 0.1 g saturated fat per 100 ml

 

So, we take it a step further – not only zero cholesterol, but also **a smart balance of good fats.**
