In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Add one tablespoon of oil and mix well.
Slowly add water and knead until you get a soft and smooth dough. Cover it and let it rest for about 15–20 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the grated cheese, onions, capsicum, tomatoes, sweet corn, and olives.
Add the pizza sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll one portion into a small circle and place two to three tablespoons of filling in the centre.

Place the paratha on the hot tawa and cook for about one minute on each side.
