Honey chilli cauliflower recipe with purti refined vegetable oil

Ingredients 
– 3 cauliflowers
– 1/3 cup and 2 teaspoon honey
– 3 tablespoon soy sauce
– 6 dry red chillies
– 3 small onions
– 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 3 teaspoons red chilli powder
– 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
– 15 cloves garlic
– Salt As required
– 3 cup vegetable oil

Step 1: Cut the cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower florets into neat pieces. Wash them properly, pat them dry and set them aside.

Step 2: Make a slurry
Now add all-purpose flour to a bowl. Now add some salt, red chilli powder and give a mix. Now add water as per need and mix well to prepare a slurry. The consistency should neither be too thick nor too thin.

Step 3: Fry the florets
Now heat oil in a kadhai. Dip the florets in the slurry and deep fry them in batches. Fry until golden brown in colour. Take it out on absorbent paper and set it aside.

Step 4: Make the honey mixture
Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, onion and dry red chillies. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Now add soy sauce, ketchup, honey and salt as per taste. Mix well and cook for about two minutes.

Step 5: Add the florets
Now add the florets and mix well to coat them in the honey mixture. Lastly, add sesame seeds and cook for about two minutes more.

Step 6: Ready to be served
Lip-smacking Honey Chilli Cauliflower is now ready to be served.

Tips:
– You can add some capsicum for added flavour.
– Add spring onions in the final garnish.
