Lemon Corns

Made with the goodness of lemon and zesty spices, this Crispy Fried Corn recipe makes for a perfect evening snack which can be paired with any fizzy beverage. To make this simple recipe, par boil the corn kernels with some water and salt, drain the water and rinse the corn kernels with cold water, keep aside and allow it to dry.
Once the corns are dried in room temperature. Take a large bowl add in corn flour and spices, whisk it well and add the corns. Toss them nicely.
In the meantime, heat a pan and add Soyalite refined Soyabean Oil. Once the oil is hot enough gently add in batches of the corns. Deep fry them till they turn slightly golden in colour. Lastly, make a mixture of lemon juice, salt and pepper, whisk it well and pour this over the fried corns and serve hot.
