Masala egg parantha recipe

Description:
Masala Egg Paratha is a delicious Indian flatbread made with grated boiled egg spice mix stuffed in whole wheat bread dough and pan-fried until golden in colour. It is a quick and easy recipe specially made in the North Indian household, and loved as an evening snack and even for dinner. So, without further ado, let’s start with the recipe.

Ingredients:
Coriander chopped – ½ bunch.
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon.
Egg (boiled and grated) – 4 numbers.
Salt – to taste.
Whole wheat flour – 200 grams
Oil – 1 tablespoon.

Process:
In a bowl add boiled and grated egg and add pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt, mix this well. In another bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, water, mix it in dough, rest it for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out into small circles and stuff the egg mixture and seal it and roll them. Apply ghee or oil and shallow fry the parantha on both sides till it becomes golden in colour.
