Schezwan Momos Recipe for Raksha Bandhan with Purti Soyalite

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Filling
