Edible oils: appealing our taste buds

The consumption of oil has mostly been associated with adverse health issues. A lot has been written and said about the controlled consumption of edible oils. Some control the intake, while some follow an absolute diet without any oil, and then there are those who always prefer taste to everything else.

Therefore, it becomes imperative to consume such kind of oil that adds to the taste without affecting the health.
