The fats from the plant seeds are polyunsaturated and the refined oils do not absorb too much into food, which means you end up using less oil.These are generally high in natural plant antioxidants. It helps in regulating blood glucose levels and contains traces of calcium, iron,vitamin B6, and magnesium.
